So many Black youth have gotten caught up in the street life, desparately clinging to any form of family and any chance at fortune they could find. It is easy to condemn and toss aside those who have lost their way. Let our beloved brother Malcolm X serve as a reminder that within the deepest darkness there lies the greatest potential for a bright light to shine. If Malcolm had died at 25, he would have been "just another thug" caught up in the system. Both Tupac and Biggie died in their mid-20s. Just imagine the possibilities of who they could be today.
